Initially, PPGSP emerged with the denomination of Program of Conflict Mediation Graduate Program (PPGDSMC), and between 2012 and 2013 was responsible for the qualification of several professionals linked to public security agencies, through an agreement with the Secretary of Public Security of the State of Pará (SEGUP).
