Cesar Mauricio de Abreu Mello
Reserve officer of the Brazilian Army and the Military Police of Pará in the rank of Colonel, graduated in Data Processing Technology from the University Center of the State of Pará (1998) and a bachelor's degree in Social Defense and Citizenship Sciences from the Institute of Security Education of Pará (1996), he has specializations in People Management (FGV / IDEAL- 2001), Public Security (UCAM-2002), Society and Public Security Management (UFPA-2006), Environmental Protection and Defense (UEPA / IESP-2008), Strategic Management in Social Defense (IESP-2016). He has a master's degree in Social Defense and Conflict Mediation (UFPA-2015) and a PhD in Sustainable Development of the Humid Tropics (NAEA / UFPA-2021). Specialized in Special Police Operations, deactivation and tactical use of explosives, counterterrorism and security of authorities, he has several courses in Brazil and abroad. He worked in four governments, serving, in the last of them, as Secretary of State and Chief of the Military Household of the Government of Pará, carrying out more than 15 international missions on five continents.

Clay Anderson Nunes Chagas
He holds a degree in Geography (Bachelor's and Bachelor's degrees) from the Federal University of Pará (1998), a master's degree in Sustainable Development of the Humid Tropics (2002) and a PhD in Socio-Environmental Development from the Federal University of Pará (2010). He is currently Vice Rector of the State University of Pará, and participates in the Postgraduate Program in Geography and the Postgraduate Program in Public Security at the Federal University of Pará. He is a professor at the State University of Pará, working on the undergraduate course in Geography. He is a collaborating professor at the Institute of Education in Public Security and Social Defense of the State of Pará and a collaborating professor at the University of Cape Verde in the Postgraduate Program in Public Security. He is a member of the Brazilian Public Security Forum and a member of the International Association of Portuguese-Speaking Criminology. Member of the Historical and Geographical Institute of Pará. Fernando Augusto Ramos Bridges
He holds a degree in Psychology from the Federal University of Pará (1986), a master's degree in Theory and Behavioral Research from the Federal University of Pará (1990), a PhD in Psychology (Experimental Psychology) from the University of São Paulo (1996) and a post-doctorate from the University of Brasília (2002) and the Technischen Universität Dortmund - Germany (2012). He is currently a Full Professor at the Federal University of Pará, linked to the Center for Theory and Behavioral Research and the Postgraduate Program in Theory and Behavioral Research and is also a professor in the Postgraduate Program and Public Security at UFPA. Together with 3 other professors, she coordinates the Developmental Ecology Laboratory, where she conducts research in the area of Human Developmental Ecology and Social Relationship Networks, working mainly on the following themes: Network Epistemology, Social Relationships, Relationship Networks, Parenting, Coparenting, Peer Culture, Play Culture, Toys and Traditional Games. These themes are preferably investigated in development contexts in the Amazon, such as riverside populations, poor families, families with children with disabilities, peer relationships at school, in institutions, in neighborhood contexts and in the street context. Isabela da Silva Jatene
PhD in Social Sciences from the Pontifical Catholic University (PUC-RJ) in 2017. Master in Anthropology from the Federal University of Pará (1998) and Bachelor in Social Sciences from the Federal University of Pará (1993). She is a professor at the Federal University of Pará (UFPA). She works in the area of Sociology of Childhood and Adolescence, with work focused on the area of Youth, Childhood and Women, acting mainly on the following themes: Public Policies, children and adolescents, training of agents, techniques and instruments of transformative management. She founded the Pro Paz of the Government of the State of Pará, representing the Federal University of Pará and Member of the Permanent Committee of Latin America for Crime Prevention. She served as Extraordinary Secretary of State for Social Policies (SEEIPS) in 2015. In 2017, she served as Extraordinary Secretary of State for Sustainable Municipalities (SEEMSU). Maely Ferreira Holland Ramos
PhD in Behavioral Theory and Research - Psychology (UFPA - 2015). She completed her postdoctoral studies at the Postgraduate Program in Behavioral Theory and Research - Psychology (UFPA). Marcia Cristina dos Santos Rêgo
Graduated (1995) and Master in Law (2006) from the Federal University of Pará. PhD in Law (2021), from PPGD-ICJ/UFPA, in International Cotutelle with the Faculty of Law of the University of Lisbon. Professor at the Institute of Legal Sciences of the Federal University of Pará since January 2001, where she worked as a substitute professor from 1999 until her appointment as a full professor. She teaches all civil law subjects in the curricular path at the Faculty of Law, from Civil Law Theory to Inheritance Law. She is currently in charge of the Diversity and Social Inclusion Coordination of the Institute of Legal Sciences/UFPA, working with students with disabilities, indigenous people and quilombolas. She took the CNJ Conflict Mediation Course offered by NUMEPEC/TJPA in September 2019, working as a conciliator and conflict mediator. Rodolfo Gomes do Nascimento
